Hello, When my clip is NOT plugged into the computer all the music is there. When I plug it into the cpu via usb, NOTHING is in the music folder. Or any folder for that matter. I just wanted to dump everything onto my work cpu, but the files arent there. any help?

Did you check under both MSC and MTP modes? (Settings, USB mode) What’s copied under one mode is only visible by the computer while it’s in that mode. If you left USB Mode in “Auto Detect”, there’s a really good chance of this happening - you don’t know what it connected at last time you copied music.
A reason why many of us set to MSC mode, the most universal and good with everything but DRM’ed files, and forget it.
