When I drag a folder to the albums folder on the clipzip some times the name of the album I dragged shows up on the clipzip some times it does not. The songs will show up but not the album, if I plug the clip into my computer and look through windows explorer the album folder on the clipzip shows the name of the album in the album folder, the reason I want the name of the album available is so I can select that album to play on the clipzip any help thank you

Sounds like you might be in MTP mode, but you should be putting your music folders (artist and.or album) in the main MUSIC folder, not the Album folder. If memory serves, in MTP mode there is a visible Albums folder, but this is where the player stores thumbnail images of the album art. It is not for music files.
