Timex made for sansa.

Hi,

i bought some weeks ago the timex made for sansa ts70, every time i dock the sansa connect to recharge it and listen to music i can’t control the sansa with the remote and one hour after i connect it the timex just freezes, the whole clock doesn’t work at all. i have to disconnect it take out the backup batteries and configure the whole thing. What can i do to make things work the way its supposed to be? Thanks.

I have the same Timex clock radio and it does the same thing with my sansa connect.  If you go to the Timex website it tells you that it is not compatible with the sansa connect.  Unfortunately no where on the box and documentation with the radio it tells you this.
