I have tried over and over to get my time in minutes to lock in. When I complete correct setting to lock in , it always adds ten minutes. It looks so simple but I can’t figure out what is wrong. Any advice?
I had the same problem on 2 Fuze 8 Gb players I bought for my daughters for Christmas. I updated the firmware on both from the Sandisk website and the problems were solved. You should try that.
