I get this message when i open up my rhapsody.  And it will not let me authorise this device.  Any help would be greatly appriciated

This device supports ‘WMDM_SP’ communication protocol
This device is not compatible with the Rhapsody To Go service as currently configured.
You may be able to change a setting on this device to make it compatible.

Try changing the USB Mode under Settings. Rhapsody has to send over digital rights information, so MTP is probably the choice it’s looking for.
