A word of advice… when asking about computer/electronic problems, always use as much detail as possible.
Based on what you just said, I’m assuming you are either having problems creating an MP4 for the Fuze+, or you’re having problems copying and MP4. Either way, it would be helpful if you eleborate more on your problem. Are you getting any error messages? What program are you using?
