Have been using 4-MyPassport Ultra 3TB with Backup Exec 2010 to back up windows 2008 R2 servers including 2 virtual. Close to 600 GB total each night First 4 drives worked for months great then started getting the error message in topic. Returned 2 for replacements and 2 months later starting to get the error on one of the remaining drives. I make sure the drives only backup to below 2TB.
What would make this happen all of sudden? Long winded note I’m sure!
PS all drives were formatted for the server.
