Syncornize to continue your music subscription

Ok , ive been getting this message out of no where , and it just started as of today , its really pissing me off , and i dont know how to fix it , can someone help ?

I dont use rhapsody or anything , just to add

If you have a corrupt filesystem this can happen.  Try running chkdsk in MSC mode and if that does not solve it,  use the devices “Format”  command  (you will need ot replace the content on the CLip after the Format).

Unplug the device.

Go to Settings>Format>Yes

The device will reformat and re initialize the filesystem.

Transfer your content to the device again.
