I clicked on SansaClip at the top but it just went to general questions dating back to 2009. I did a search for Firmware but they all seem to be about using the updater.
“Sticky threads” are “stuck” at the top of each board on the forum here, meaning they are always at the top to find them easily. They are shaded in grey.
