Hi, I’ve used today for the first time a brand new Wd Elements 4TB on my iMac. I’ve encountered this issue while transferring: in the beginning no issues, really fast, but after moving a lot of files, it started stucking on Calculating Time Remaining and started transferring abnormally slow, like 6 hours time for 1 gb folder, and the transferring wasn’t “smooth”. Then after like 10 minutes it was back to normal. It doesn’t depend on the files, because they were small and when trying again with them it worked fine and fast. This had happened a few times. What do you think it’s the cause? Is it the hard disk? Thanks
