I got a Clip Sport a few days ago and it worked fine for a week, during which time I was using an old 8-mb card. Then I got a new 64-mb memory card and copied stuff onto it, and as the last few files copied to it, things started to go wrong. There was a copying error right at the end, and things froze up. I wound up having to just pull the thing off manually, thinking that restarting ti would help. But then when I did, it got stuck on “Refreshing your media.” It’s been like that since. The one thing that will make it change is if I hit the power button, but all that does is restart it, and it goes right back to the same screen. It also doesn’t matter if I eject the card manually and even restart after doing so – still the same screen. Nor does anything happen when I plug it back in (with or without the card) – my computer won’t recognize it.
Any ideas about how to get out of this and start afresh
