I recently got a refurbished clip zip and it turned on fine and was recognized by my laptop, but when I tried to transfer some files onto the local memory it stopped after about 10 songs and gave me a message telling me I cant create files here. So I turned off the device and tried again but it gave me the same message. After that I disconnected the device, rebooted it, but now all it does is go through the flower boot thing twice and then freeze. Any ideas?
I would try formatting it and see if that clears things up. If it doesn’t, then I wouldn’t hesitate to return it to whomever you bought it from.
well my laptop isnt even recgocnizing that ive plugged it in now
Do you have access to a different computer you can use?
