sure this has been posted here a LOT but my problem is a bit different. I installed the SSD correctly (I know this for a fact) and it doesn’t show on my device list.
Everything is wired correctly, there is no reason why it shouldn’t work. Is it because it’s faulty or am I missing a step?
I emailed support but all they replied with was a “we have registered your product” and that wasn’t what I was looking for/
