Software to handle all connected WD External HDDs

Please update software to handle all the External HDDs that WD makes.  Current’y my WD Live TV can handle only up to a 3 TB External HDD when I see WD 4 TB External HDDs in stores.

It would be nice that when WD makes an external HDD available in stores, that an update software patch goes out to the WD Live TV devices within the same week.
