So How Long???

How long does it take before one can expect a response from a support rep?  I have had my support

request in for a week now, yet no answer, nor does support answer any emails concerning such

lack of follow up.  So how long?

For the most rapid support response, register your device via the Support link found in the SanDisk main website: click on the SanDisk logo in the upper left corner of this page.

Create an e-Box, and contact support via this internal e-mail system, as it’s MUCH faster.

You can also contact support directly via telephone, at 1-866-SANDISK.

Regular e-mail can take a few days, but they are set up for the e-Box and phone- these modes are far more ewfficient.

An Ebox suppport request is Exactly what I did. 

It’s been a week now since the “your request is being worked on by a support agent”

message has been present.

A quick telephone call almost always is quickest.

Call 1-866-SANDISK with the reference number from your e-Box handy, and they can pull it up while you talk with support.
