Smartware update 1.6.4 not installing on Vista for My Book Live

Not sure if this has come up.

I updated Smartware 1.6.4 on my XP (desktop) and my Win 7 (HP laptop) successfully (so far). But no luck with Toshiba Vista (all MS updates current). WD My Book Live with latest firmware updated too.

Anyone have similar experience and/or solution?
