Smartware to Dropbox stuck on large file - and slowing system

I am using Smartware to backup my computer to Dropbox. It is stuck on some large files and even after a couple weeks will not progress. It is slowing down my internet dramatically trying to send out (unsuccessfully) the files. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software (which for some reason required a complete new backup).

Any thoughts on how to fix this? At this point even though I am paying for Dropbox I might have to uninstall the whole thing and find another backup solution. Thanks!

What is the total size of your files? GB or TB’s? How fast is your upload speed? See example image below of mine.

files waiting to be backed up range from 100m to 7g. And my speed is normally around 20mb (Uverse). THanks.

I have not seen any responses. Any suggestions? Is there a number I can call? This is frustrating how slow my system has become without any progress on the backup. Thanks.
