Smartware 2.4.2 does not recognoze a writeable partition on my WDMycloud device. it worked under version one. Once i went to version 2 when I launch the smartware software it says there is no writeable partition available. This is Win7 version. Ther is 3.4 TB available and the firmware on the drive is v04.00.01-623

Are you able to access the drive on the network?
Yes I just upgraded to 2.4.2 I had the earlier 2 somthing version before. Yes I can reach it via the network. I have even mounted it as a drive.
