Slow streaming of data while viewing on TV

Hello,

I just bought a 1TB WD element and attached it to my TV to view shows and for some reason it is not seamlessly streaming, in the middle it says ‘loading’.

I downloaded the shows from the WD to my laptop and them onto a usb drive and then could view it properly on the TV.

Pls guide is there something wrong with the HDD.

Try running a test using DLG to rule out any possible hardware damage. If the test completes successfully, backup all the data on the Elements and then format it. Check the link below for the steps to run a DLG test.
