Slow back up

My backup is running very slowly. There is ~200GB of data and it’s been running for a few days now. It is almost as slow as backing up to the online Carbonite service. Does anyone else have the same issue.

I’m connected wireline through a high performance ac router.

Hi, what hardrive model do you have and what backup software are you using?
