Slight Problem

Hi guys,

After updating to the latest firmware, the mp3 files inside do not show after syncronizing with a pc, so I can’t delete them. Is it safe to use the format via pc or via the option within the player? Will I delete any system files or the new firmware? Sorry if this has been covered before and thanks in advance.

Check your USB mode. Updating the firmware sets it back to AutoDefect, er, Autodetect. You should use whatever mode you were using before. Try each of the others, and see if you can see your files then.

Thanks mate, it was set on msc mode. I switched back to Auto-detect and all is well. Cheers.
