I ordered my Sansa Fuzes (yes plural) on Amazon and love them now i have my Togo working. The website given to receive a free 14-day ToGo trial is www.rhapsody.com/sansa This did not sign me or my partner up for ToGo, just the unlimited which does not allow you to transfer un-purchased music onto your music devise for free like ToGo does. After having to cancel my account and signing up twice, the Rhapsody support gave me another link that works http://listen.com/index.jsp?pid=services Now I love and not loath :smileyvery-happy:
This might explain the very few negative reviews on Amazon for this device.
