I am having difficulty signing into my account. I enter my name and password and I get a screen stating my info is being sent to the registration server. After what seems a very long time I get and error message that says I’m not connected to the internet. I know that I am connected to the internet so this message is meaningless.
Checking further a possible problem could be that the DNS does not recognize the address.
Can anyone help???
