I have a Fuse that just shut down. I’m not sure if it was due to low battery or not, but when I connect it to a charger nothing happens. I have tried to connect it to a computer, DVD and even a 5V charger. When I try to restart it nothing happens. I had this problem before and went back to the store were I got it and I got a new one. Now it happened again. Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
Your device needs a soft reset. Slide the power switch up to the ON position and hold it there for about 20 seconds. This will reset the device.
Most freezes are caused by a corruption in the music file data. If the Sansa freezes on the same track, try reloading a new file, and be sure to check the embedded ID3 tag within the music file.
