I recently shipped my Fuze back for them to send me a new one, and then I read the email saying that I need to return it with the printed e-mail. It’s been more than 2 weeks now, and I’m afraid that the Fuze won’t be shipped properly because I didn’t send it in with the e-mail. I also haven’t received an e-mail with the new tracking number. Any help please? Thanks!
