I just purchased this for my son. I’ve read other messages but still having problems with ripping music. Even though I’ve converted the formats to .mp3 and I can see the songs on the memory card, but only one song plays continuously. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Very frustrated at this point.
your explaination is pretty vague.
how are you ripping your music, how are you transferring it to the device. have you tried calling support @ 866.sandisk
Be sure that the music isn’t burried in any folders. It has to be ‘folderless’ before the machine will recognize it.
