This is the second c200 I’ve had in the past year, I sent the original one back due to the right channel not working, however, this one just doesn’t boot up. When I press the power button it hangs on startup where the face buttons are lit up and the Sandisk bootup screen is showing but it never gets to the main menu. The same thing happens when I try to connect it to the computer, it hangs on the startup screen. I any one has some tips that wouldn’t require me to send it back, it would be greatly appreciated.
It sounds like the database file on your player is corrupt. Call sandisk up and they can help you solve this issue easily. 8667263475
