I moved my 2TB portable drive from my Desktop to my notebook and to open files I had to change the security and sharing setting and then was able to read that file … when I moved back to desktop that file would not open. What setting should I have for the WHOLE drive to open on my desktop and notebook… It is just too cumbersome to keep changing the settings Thanks for any input
