Security & drive utilities

I have just received my Passport for Mac 2TB and installed it on my IMac which is running with Maverick.

I have also installed the security and the utilities software but when trying to open them, they do not work.

Does anyone know why?

I did downoad it from your site but the same thing happened - it ‘quits unexpectedly’.

So what do I do now
