When I opened secure access today after not using it for six months, message suggested to apply a software update, then suggested to backup data from tools menu first. Now there is a small window saying this may take up to a few minutes. It has been over an hour. There is no progress bar. All the menu options are greyed out. There is a lot of available space on my hard drive. Message says to wait for backup to complete before exiting or ejecting flashdrive. What can I do to get out of this?
Can you please provide a screenshot of the message in order to see? and how many files you had stored into the vault because it needs to copy all the content with the system files to the appdata folder to the pc and if there are several GBs then it could take a long time.
