I’ve noticed that the scrolling function on my player is not working sometimes now. Is there a fix for this with a firmware download, or do I just need to reboot the player?

Can’t say as I’ve heard of this particular malady. If it persists, I’d be for calling up SanDisk Tech Support and seeing about getting another one.
