Unlike all those Expresses with dead, black screens, mine won’t shut off. It’s on the entire time the player is on, running down my battery. I’ve adjusted the auto display on/off timer, and after the three seconds or five seconds or whatever I choose, it just freezes and stays on (I see the title of the track and a frozen time count). The blue light around the button pad does go off, however. I’ve tried resetting, but no luck. Any thoughts or suggestions?
