Screen making a clicking noise help!!

Hi everyone,

I just received a Sansa Clip Zip as a good. I love this little guy but the only thing I noticed that concerns me is the screen makes a clicking noise whenever I press on it. Granted I won’t be pressing the screen during normal use except when I am clipping it on my pockets. I just want to know if this is normal, or should I have it exchanged? Thanks!

is the sound in your headphones or outside?

and is it when you click the bottuns or the screen?

of its the screen it means your sansa hardware is loose. Try exchanging it.

but the buttons ARE supposed to make a click sound :stuck_out_tongue:

Unfortunately the sound is not coming from the headphones. It’s from the screen when I press on it. The buttons are fine but the screen makes a very similar clicking noise when I press on it. Think I’m going to exchange it, better safe than sorry!
