My daughter’s Fuze is not working. I can get the computer to recognize it as a thumb drive, but nothing else. Off the computer I turn it on, the screen lights (no message or splash screen" then the blue ring come on. It then shuts down. I have tried to hold the switch on by itself and with the menu button pressed. It always turns the screen on then the blue ring, then shuts down. I have tried holding it on (in both “modes”) for over a minute. Any suggestions?

Sorry, but if you’ve already tried the reset and it did no good, then that’s what I would do.
