Screen crash and cannot connect to PC

HI everyone

Today I wanna to connect my fuze to pc for filling songs, however when I connect or turn it on, the screen became white and I can do nothing.

When I connect it, my pc show sth “USB device not…” the Sansa Updater also cannot work casue it says I haven’t plug the device in.

Can anyone told me the reason and the solution?

This just happened to me today of your post. Reset your player - hold the power slide button up for 10-30 seconds. The player will reset and refresh your media- takes about 2 min - and your ready to go. Hope this helps.

Thanks for reply man, I’ve tried it many times and I dun think it is successfully reset
