My screen is dimming. It gets worse as I go from the bottom of the screen to the top. I have the brightness set 100%. Any suggestions? Thanks
It could just be the lifespan of the screen (or premature aging, unfortunately), especially if you’ve been using the player alot. If you’re still within the warranty, you could contact SanDisk for a replacement.
You also could try reapplying the firmware (see the firmware upgrade sticky thread at the top of the forum), altho I give that only a small hope–it sounds like it’s the hardware.
Sounds like the OLED screen is on its last legs.
I was also facing the same but afterwarda I came to know that the lifespan of the screen was on its dead line.
