I recently bought the 2G fuze and was able to save a movie onto the actual player fairly easily using the media converter but when I tried to save the same file to a 4G HDHC card while it in the Fuze it just won’t recognize it…am i doing something wrong?

It doesn’t recognize the MicroSDHC card or you put the video on the card and the player doesn’t recognize it?
Click on the Card image in Sansa Media convertor to select the card.
If you cant do that then there is a problem with the card.
Try establishing the connection with the player first (before running SMC). Sometimes that helps SMC find the card. Failing that, try it the other way – with SMC up and running first, before connecting the player.
