SATA version on My Book Duo

Can’t find any information in any of the manuals. I’d like to know what SATA version is supported by the MyBook Duo enclosures before buying one, in the event that I want to swap the drives out for my own further down the road.

The VelociRaptor version has 10k RPM SATA III drives in it, but still no explicit mention of what they’re hooked up to. Manual for the regular version says to only use Caviar Green drives, but there’s both SATA II and III versions of those drives.

Does anyone have this information?

When upgrading the drives you can contact support to determine the exact drive that came in your unit. This might change depending on when the drive was manufactured and due to that we do not offer a list of the drives that come inside our dual drive units.
