Sansa View not responding to computer.

My Sansa View 16 will not respond to computer commands.   I had loaded several podcasts, and then decieded to load one more when it suddenly just quit responding.   I restarted the computer with no luck.  I then tried another Sansa MP3 and it worked just fine with my computer using the came connecting cord.    Does anyone have any ideas what I should do to get this working with my computer again?

Have you tried resetting it?
