sansa videos not playing

i transfer the videos completly and i get a repot saying nothing whent wrong but when i play them on the sansa player it’s blank.
thing is that they are all play on the computer perfectly any suggestons?

Hi ichimei, what sansa player do you have? Did you use Sansa Media Conver 236 to convert this video? We need more infomation to help you out.

I get the same problem. I use the Sansa Media Converter to convert M-PEG 4 video files into the necessary .MOV files for my Sansa e280. But the .MOV files show just a black screen both when I play them on the computer using QuickTime and when playing them on my e280! What gives?

did you use the latest Sansa Media Converter? I believe its version 236 right at sandisk website. Also be sure to have your e280 connected to your pc when SMC is converting. This way it know what format to convert to. Hope this help and good luck.
