So I have a pretty new mp3 and its a bluish purple color, its a 4 GB. And I had an old 2 GB black fuze that I had and lost but got a new one. And i have the same media converter and if i try to convert videos and pics on this new one, it has the Large triangle with the “!” in the middle. What do i do?? I really want to add videos and pictures to my MP3
Try going to Settings/System Settings/USB Mode and switching to MTP mode–or if it’s already in MTP, put it in MSC. Don’t use Auto Detect.
If you still get the yellow triangle, go to Device Manager. In XP it’s Start/Settings/Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager. You’ll see a yellow triangle in the list. Right-click, Uninstall. Disconnect the Fuze, reboot (the system will reinstall its USB driver) and try again.
