I’ve had a (blue) Sansa Shaker for years and my kids love it. Both of the twist controls recently stopped working - top and bottom - so we cannot control the volume (and it is stuck on HIGH/LOUD!). Anyone have suggestions for how to repair the issue? Common “Troubleshooting” has not helped (new battery, new card, etc.)
