I just bought a new Fuze today, and have been able to get music uploaded to it. However, when I go to use Sansa Media Converter to add photos and movies, it freezes when I connect the player to it, saying that “It has encountered an error and is forced to close”. I have an older computer running Windows XP SP3, and Windows Media Player 10, with the player in MSC mode, as my laptop doensn’t recognize it in MTP mode. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
