hi i have problem woth my sansa clip 1 fimwire 29A. I cant turn it on I have to but it in the usb to turn it on. it’s fully charger. the only way to turn it on is to but it to wall charger and it work after disconect the charger it doesent work no more is turned off. I cant turn it on I alredy tryed to uggrade it to 30 with sansa updater but it’s still the same virsion can some on help me with my problem???/
Sounds like a battery cable is broken. If you’re under the warranty period (1 year), you could send it back for a replacement.
