sansa fuze won't play and flashes pink message

I really like this player the 4gb fuze, better than the 260e I used to have. But I had only used it for 1 hour when it stopped playing and flashed a pink box with black letters. “Synchronize to continue your music subscription” which is odd because all the music has been downloaded off my personal cd’s. The message won’t go away and the player won’t play. Any help.

How did you rip the CDs? If you used Windows Media Player, the default settings create protected WMA files.

Also, you should post Fuze-related topics on the Fuze board.  - Moved to the Fuze forum ;)  - µ

I did go back and notice the “copy protect music” was checked on WMP when I added two new albums to the Fuze yesterday. I synchronized those albums directly with WMP, instead of drag and drop from the folder, and you were right, that cleared up the problem. Thanks alot for the tip.
