It’s a slightly modification of Sansa e200 icon made by Simon Pascal Klein & Ashley Kyd [Link]

The icon is made available under the terms of the GNU GPL version 2

Interesting! I see you have modified the aspect ratio of the e200 screen to be more “Fuze-like”. Cool icons.
