Sansa Fuze & Rhapsody Subscription Error

When I turn on my fuze at times, the player will prompt me with a pink box covering the center of the screen to “Sync to the computer to continue music subscription”. I turn my player off and on a few times and the problem disappears. This happens five or six times a month . . . I can live with the problem I’m just wondering if anyone else out there has found a fix.



Be sure that you have the latest firmware version installed.  The earlier firmware would sometimes give me the “pink screen of doom”.
