I got lost my information for this mp2 player and need to download the software to charge the battery. Is there a way i can do this? My MP3 player was registered with sandisk last year, so I would like to be able to get connected to update the information.

No software is needed to charge the battery. Just plug it into an AC-USB charger or one of the back USB ports on your computer, and it should automatically start taking sustenance.

If you want to update the firmware on the machine, check this post. Note that there are 2 hardware versions of the Fuze, and it’s important to download and install the correct firmware for you particular model.
