On many of the reviews that I read on this board I would be able to get my Sync to interact with my Rhapsody song equiped Sansa 8 GB Fuze+. I downloaded some songs from Rhapsody, licensed the players, and then changed the USB setting to MTP and plugged it in. No go. It will index everything, shows the songs in Sync, but they won’t play. Just sit at 0:00 on the song that I ask it to play. Rookie mistake?

Shouldn’t you have set the USB mode to MTP first, then licensed the player and downloaded the music from Rhapsody?
So, I saw the error in my ways and this time did it in the correct order, but still have the same issue. Songs and albums pop up, but no matter what you press or try, they stay at 0:00. Any other suggestions. Really appreciate it!
