sansa fuze battery show crictical low on pc

My new sansa fuze battery show crictical low on pc, but it  show fully charge on fuze itself. So i wondering what happen to it.

Please help.

Are you using a Windows 7? some people have reported Device stage not showing the right information for the battery status.

Yes. I am using windows 7. Seem like a software bug with win 7.
